Articulate IT AB (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides content and services on its website (the “Site”) subject to these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

You agree that the courts located in Sweden shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any claims or disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site.
